Air-Cooled Central Inverter
Industrial Central Inverter Series
Key Features
- The structural features of the Scroll compressor, the use of a vapor injection kit (1), system operation with an inverter (2), and effective pressure control (3) increase efficiency by 34%. Thus, with the VRC Plus® system, the system continues to operate with optimum efficiency even under the harshest conditions.
- When the compressor running with the inverter operates at low speeds, the lubrication system slows down and the compressor heats up faster. For this purpose, a liquid injection system is included in the compressors. Liquid injection engages when compressors heat up and cools the compressor down. Furthermore, all compressors feature a smart oil level float switch. This system prevents the compressor from running out of oil; even if it does, it cuts off power to the compressor and warns the user. Even if a compressor fails, the remaining compressors back up the failed compressor. (4)
- It occupies 1/3 less volume compared to hermetic compressor systems of similar capacity. Additionally, it is 1/4 lighter. This avoids installation time difficulties and adapts to all types of environments.
- The continuous compression process and minimal moving parts of the scroll compressor used in the system, alongside speed-controlled operation (5) of condenser circuit fans, reduce noise levels by an average of 2/3 compared to other systems.
